Administration Manager (Procurement & Fixed Asset Management)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Administration Team Lead and assist in managing the

office administration functions, and work closely with the head office.

  • Experience in a related field, such as Procurement management, Fixed

Assets Management, or financial reporting, preferred.

  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material

with attention to budgetary constraints.

  • Solid experience in handling corporate business travel.
  • Coordination between countries to provide administration support for the

internal team and HQ.

  • Lead the team in preparing the department budget, formulate, review, and

maintain relevant policies, guidelines, and procedures.

  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations. Keep abreast with all

organizational changes and business developments


  • Degree holder with 8 years office administrative experience (solid

procurement, fixed asset management & business travel arrangement exp.

is a must), preferably with Fintech/ technology industry exp.

  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and

departmental and legal policies

  • Strong supervisory, interpersonal and negotiation skills and able to work

under pressure

  • Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
  • Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese typing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
