ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager / Manager - Digital Marketing. In this role, you will work closely with project owners and producers to develop detailed strategic promotional plans for all company's initiatives. The role includes responsibility for:


  • Conduct market research, and bench marketing to identify the game's target audience, and product edges and define its positioning
  • Build and manage marketing campaigns focusing on optimizing game visibility and conversion performance
  • Raising brand awareness and online presence through mobile marketing projects and campaigns
  • Manage company social media channels and engage users with interesting content and experiences on social media
  • Work closely with our 3rd party partners including ad networks (such as Facebook, Google), tools and various other marketing partners
  • Evaluate and develop post-mortems for all marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate marketing research in order to incorporate key findings into future initiatives


REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in marketing-related fields
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the consumer internet industry
  • Solid experience in digital media planning and app marketing
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing paid search, PPC, and SEO campaigns
  • With basic knowledge of blockchain, NFT and Cryptocurrency is an advantage
  • Experience working in a marketing agency environment is an advantage


SKILLS

  • Confident with relevant marketing & analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush, etc)
  • Working knowledge of ad-serving tools
  • Business analytics, strategic development, project management, consumer research, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
  • Keep abreast of market trends, demand fluctuation, and pricing strategies of competitors.
  • Ability to translate campaign results into actionable insights and optimization - including developing key KPI and ROI metrics/dashboards
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (Cantonese & English) with attention to detail
