  • Involve in the whole sales cycle from pre-sales, sales to onboarding for new / existing clients
  • Increase Sales and Business Development efforts for new institutional/small-medium enterprises/family offices/hedge funds/similar clients across the region
  • Develop joint business plans and support customer engagement
  • Enhance and build company's reputation and business in overseas cooperation
  • Understand the customers' demands and propose strategic cooperation strategies
  • Develop and execute Realcoinโ€™s partner strategies to align with our business goals
  • Own all partner relationships including strategic focus areas, business case development, negotiation, product launch, partner marketingโ€ฆ
  • Build long-lasting relationships with our commercial strategic partners and spot revenue opportunities for both parties. In doing so, you will be the first commercial point of contact with our transactional partners that provide a wide range of services to our customers (buy/sell, swap, stake, et al.)
  • Find and establish the relationship with partners and pitch for our product to persuade them to invest into it
  • Support the team to build up thought leadership both inside the company and in the crypto community
  • Ensure partner initiatives are delivered on time
  • Understand gaps within our solution, and identify partners who best fill those gaps
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support product integrations and help launch partner solutions
  • Build and develop deep relationships with partners outside the crypto industry to bring on-chain treasury solutions to a wider spectrum of users
  • Develop key metrics to measure partner performance, provide regular updates on the progress
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast paced, consultative, and competitive market;
  • Review and analyze the market trend of Crypto to scale up the business


  • t least a Bachelors in any field
  • More than 10 years of experience in Business Development / High-Net-Worth Sales / Institutional Sales in the Finance / Banking / Fintech / Payments / Digital Assets space
  • Demonstrate ability to grow market shares, identify priorities, and winning patterns to maximize sales outcomes
  • Strong contacts with SMEs (Financial Services), Family Offices, Hedge Funds or similar customers/clients are necessary
  • Sensitive to the rapid change of blockchain & cryptocurrency market & knowledge of blockchain technology is a bonus
  • Prior experiences working in Crypto-friendly companies
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin is required due to the need to engage with stakeholders from within the organisation
  • You love thinking about business strategy and collaboration opportunities between crypto organizations.
  • Facilitates a strong sense of relationships between the company and external stakeholders while spotting and implementing commercial opportunities to drive the business forward
  • You are highly organized, you document your work, and you deliver what you promise
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth technology startup is a plus
  • You are a strong communicator with experience presenting to senior managers
  • You have a good understanding of finance and basic accounting terms
  • You believe crypto will fundamentally change global finance, and partnering will dramatically accelerate that vision
  • You are passionate about web3, follow new developments across crypto closely, and are an avid user of DeFi.
  • You realize that only by working cross-functionally - with Growth, Marketing, Product, etc. - will you be able to execute strategic initiatives with partners.
