  • Develop growth strategies and campaigns focused on financial gain, differentiation, and synergistic partnerships.
  • Driving revenue through Inbound sales.
  • Responsible service delivery to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for Business operations: order management and service level management at all the stages in order life cycle.
  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research and execute on organization campaigns.
  • Generate leads and create/manage a pipeline with the Business Development Manager and Sales team.
  • Meet with clients, investors, and other stakeholders face-to-face or over the phone, and understand their needs and goals.
  • Think strategically - see the bigger picture, develop the necessary plans to implement change or craft partnerships.
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
  • Draw up client contracts and proposals when necessary.
  • Maintain contact database and forge close relationships with global network of clients/partners/investors.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations, etc. - Always be learning!


  • At least a Bachelors in in Commerce/Management
  • More than 3 years of experience in Business Development / High-Net-Worth Sales / Institutional Sales in the Finance / Banking / Fintech / Payments / Digital Assets space
  • Understanding of general Sales Cycle
  • Sensitive to the rapid change of blockchain & cryptocurrency market & knowledge of blockchain technology is a bonus
  • Experiences working in Crypto-friendly companies
  • You love thinking about business strategy and collaboration opportunities between crypto organizations.
  • Facilitates a strong sense of relationships between the company and external stakeholders while spotting and implementing commercial opportunities to drive the business forward
  • You are highly organized, you document your work, and you deliver what you promise
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth technology startup is a plus
  • You are a strong communicator with experience presenting to senior managers
  • You have a good understanding of finance and basic accounting terms
  • You believe crypto will fundamentally change global finance, and partnering will dramatically accelerate that vision
  • You are passionate about web3, follow new developments across crypto closely, and are an avid user of DeFi.
  • You realize that only by working cross-functionally - with Growth, Marketing, Product, etc. - will you be able to execute strategic initiatives with partners.
  • Good command on the English language
  • A fast learner with a growth mindset
  • This is a full-time position that is based in Dubai.
