What is Alpha Impact?
Alpha Impact’s mission is to bring transparency, education and gamification to the way people invest in cryptocurrencies, by building a trading platform with social features. Our social media feed allows anyone to learn about crypto trading, and the traders on our platform have shared their real portfolio with our customers. We’re building our copy-trading platform supported by this transparent social media feed, to make it easier to trust who is an expert, and what those experts say about cryptocurrencies online.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help us launch into our next phase of growth across Southeast Asia. This role would be part of our growth team, and would report to our CEO.
We're after a candidate with 2-4 years of total working experience.
-Building a list of prospective clients and partners by doing online research
-Cold calling prospective clients and partners by email, telegram, messenger, and social media;
-Scheduling calls and in person meetings (where relevant) with prospective clients and partners;
-Nurture relationships from introduction to closing
-Maintaining an accurate CRM with all sales leads, and participating in weekly CRM management discussions
-Triage which prospective clients and partners are relevant for other teams within the company to speak with (for example, developing a custom arrangement)
-Maintaining relationships with existing platform users
-2-4 years of total work experience
-A high degree of EQ and the ability to communicate persuasively with a wide variety of stakeholders
-Some sales or BD experience
-Excellent command of the English language: written, spoken, and reading
-Very ambitious, with a desire to maximize your income and results in life
‘Nice to Have’ Qualifications
-Work experience for another cryptocurrency company
-A basic understanding of trading terms such as spot trading, margin, futures, leverage
-You understand DeFi, gaming, or NFTs
-The ability to converse in another Asian language

Our team consists of highly diverse people from unique backgrounds who are motivated to make cryptocurrency investing more financially inclusive. We are aiming to become the most trusted company in crypto and we’ve set our sights on redefining the financial system to make it more accessible for everyone.
