The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic and superior attention to detail. They are a creative sales professional with expertise in forging and managing media production and/or brand relationships from large, global clients. They are entrepreneurial, client-facing, execution obsessed, and have demonstrable experience in helping clients develop and produce quality media or content. This role is for someone who is hungry and is always looking for more opportunities.

Candidates should be local to New York City as will required to be in-office 2-3 days a week.


  • Research, target and open new client opportunities from Fortune 5000 companies
  • Develop targeted messaging to engage prospect companies and executives
  • Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets
  • Update CRM system with all customer communications and sales achievements
  • Work closely with SDR to achieve success in generating new leads and adjusting targets to find better opportunities
  • Own your own pipeline, manage and nurture leads and find ambitiously new business opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to help brands, agencies, and media companies leverage Storyhunter to make videos or create media
  • Provide video demonstrations, showing the benefits of Storyhunterโ€™s Marketplace and Network/Project Management Tools
  • Collaborate with the Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of the Storyhunter platform
  • Evaluate and structure business development relationships with affiliate partners and product integration opportunities


  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3-5+ years' previous sales experience (preferably in selling creative services to large brands or agencies)
  • Previous experience selling content/creative services for global brands, agencies and/or media companies (required)
  • Understanding of new media and digital video landscape (strongly preferred)
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Experience with CRM systems
