OnParty is a solution built around a raison d'être: to redesign the role of each actor in the nightlife industry, whether they are professionals or consumers.
The two main missions we embody being:
-To increase and expand the party experience.
-To strengthen the financial situation of the industry.
As our desire is to go further in useful innovation than what is currently offered in this industry, we use innovative technology based on blockchain but also more traditional supports from the tech world.
To meet our objectives, we have 3 main areas of work:
Gamification: a totally new game system called "Party-to-earn", rewarding users for going out and completing festive quests. The reward system is based on our own crypto-currency and has been designed to be robust and sustainable.
Innovation of offers: BtoB & BtoC Marketplace on which each offer is in the form of NFT allowing the emergence of new models for professionals and new experiences for consumers: business porting, ticketing with a reliable secondary market, pre-sale of consumption in batches, events in the metaverse, operation of establishment in a decentralized and participatory way, fundraising to finance events, subscriptions, etc.
Professional tools: creation and provision of tools to support and sustain the activities of professionals with a decentralized and shared CRM, a simplified crypto-currency payment system, business porting.
Originating from the startup studio Outsiderz, specialized in web 3 business creation, OnParty benefits from qualified resources and a strong inclusion in the blockchain ecosystem as well as in the nightlife industry.

Position / Missions
As CMO, you will have to, among other things:
Strategic & operational marketing:
-Define the marketing strategy of the company, inbound and outbound
-Build and manage a structured roadmap
-Implement the strategy of acquisition of new leads BtoB & BtoC, short, medium and long term;
-Develop and implement an effective growth strategy from scratch
-Develop OnParty's presence on all relevant channels
-Use of web analytics tools for performance management: acquisition costs, revenues generated, etc.
-Drive and optimize the budget with respect to performance and new customer acquisition.
-Direct, modify, iterate and confirm certain product elements, using user data
-Define the terms of the CRM for nightlife professionals
-Advise some of our partners in the context of our collaboration
-Build the communication & marketing team
-Manage the communication & marketing team
-Supervise and validate the writing and creation of content in collaboration with the departments concerned (website, articles, videos, written and digital media, etc.)
-Active participation in the global strategy of the company
Remuneration and/or equity according to profile
Graduate of a business school, marketing school, university or self-taught.
+2 years of experience as a CMO or in a management position of a complex team.
Mastery of growth hacking and all other community growth techniques
An interest in the world of start-ups
Good knowledge of the nightlife sector
Knowledge of the blockchain world is appreciated but absolutely not
You have a strong sense of initiative
English at professional level required
