Center Source delivers world class support for all phases of the cryptocurrency payment value chain. We are looking for Customer Service professionals to manage customer queries and complaints.
As a Customer Service associate you will be able to solve customer questions and complaints by acting as the trusted advisor; you will be the voice of the customer. Through calls you will need to record all our customers’ interactions and provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods. Your focus will be on delivering a positive customer experience and building customers trust during each interaction.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Comfortable using computers.
Flexible to work in different shifts, adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
