Are you ready to work as part of an innovative, dynamic team, running blockchain tech solutions with BlockLattitude? We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help to support our web/app projects. You will be a key contributor and work closely with the other members of our technology and product team.
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through our communication channels ( Zendesk live chat only ).
- Handle social media as troopers to create more excitement.
- Brain storming and give more idea on how to increase productivity.
- Attend to any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
- Additional responsibility may be added as the needs of the business change and expand.
- Collaborate with the team member to achieve better results.
- Knowing the products and services in and out.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Blockchain - You should have a bit of knowledge or understanding (and passion) about cryptocurrencies and blockchain for this position. If you don't right now, a few hours on YouTube will give you the basics for a conversation with the team.
- Possess a strong command of English (both written and spoken)
- Problem solver and great with people (customer-centric)
- Self-motivated and be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities when necessary
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
