What you ยดll achieve

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving results and develop strategies that will keep your team focus on providing exceptional customer experience. You will lead efficiently the business and proactively look for improvement opportunities. As an inspiring leader you will be responsible for personal management of your team (staffing, coaching/feedback meetings, fostering teamwork, team meetings, operational meetings, development of your direct reports, etc.)

Essential Requirements

  • Ability to read, write and speak in English.
  • People manager experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the BPO sector.
  • Strong ability to identify specific customer needs and drive expedited solutions.
  • Strong ability to build a strong team environment.
  • Independent & open for changes & innovations.
  • Experience in operational environment.
  • Analytical thinking for process improvement.
