Mission description

To unblock your potential through crypto.

Your daily mission is to inform, reassure and advise customers via email, chat, or social networks. As a true ambassador and "facilitator", you will provide the right solutions and support customers, making each exchange a positive and privileged moment.

Active in a multitude of business sectors, you will find a fulfilling professional environment and you will be part of a team of about fifteen employees who will support you daily

- Support users in different situations and most cases remotely;

- Use a ticketing system to process, prioritize and assign user requests;

- Process assigned tickets from receipt to closure;

- Communicate effectively and efficiently with users via email or chat;

- Resolve issues using remote control software;

- Any other customer support-related tasks.


Thanks to your communication skills, empathy, and analytical mindset, you will build trust and provide each customer with customized support. Opportunities for internal development are available to motivated and willing individuals who express the desire to learn and grow.


We are recruiting for a permanent contract:

- - Position based in Geneva and working from home

- - Part-time (50-60%)

- - Fixed salary

- - Working days from Monday to Friday


Profile description

You have a first experience in customer relations. You are enthusiastic, energetic, agile, comfortable with new technologies, and always connected and digital. Your smile and dynamism are contagious, you are always ready to help, and you like to work in a team and adapt easily.

You have excellent oral and written skills in German and English; French will be a plus, and you are patient and a good listener well. You like your days to have a rhythm and never be the same.


Your motivation and your desire to learn will be the key elements of your success in this position.
