Mybitstore, a cryptocurrency exchange platform, is looking to hire a Customer Support Intern to assist our customers with problems when using our products and services, as well as a sales representative who will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.

Customer Support Intern responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, guiding product users through features and functionalities, and generating Leads.

The ideal candidate for this role should be an excellent communicator who can earn clients' trust, have a solid understanding of sales processes and dynamics, and be able to work well with others.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support.


  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, and chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Generating leads
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with IT and Marketing teams
