As we continue to expand our product suite and global presence, we are looking for a motivated and professional individual to be the Key Account Manager

driving our fiat payment solutions and crypto merchant business globally. This is an opportunity to contribute to the long-term growth potential of KuCoinโ€™s exchange business and to develop the business cases for emerging exchange products. Your work will be visible to management as you will drive a key market in a fast-growing business vertical.


Job Description:

  • Identify new institutional clients
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the institution's business and liquidity provider programs
  • Review weekly performance and highlight underperforming participants
  • Establish key customer service processes and systems, formulate management systems, and track key customer status.
  • Drive transaction volume and market our entire ecosystem
  • Optimize service processes and systems to track customer performance
  • Record user pain points, discover hidden needs and communicate with various departments to provide solutions and growth areas


Job Qualifications



. Minimum 5 years experience in sales and marketing, corporate development & strategy,key account management and crypto business.

. In-depth understanding and relevant experience in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, including strong grasp of trends, themes, tokenomics etc.

. Demonstrable passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain.

. Having experience in leading complex and able deals.

. Strong written and analytical skills for deal analysis and internal reporting.

. Strong interpersonal skills as our investment team meets with entrepreneurs and other members of the startup community on a regular basis.

. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify process optimization or understand and resolve potential problems

. Proficiency in English.
