Role – Lead Software Engineer Salary / Headline Benefits – Up to £80,000 + yearly bonus, 25 days holiday + bank holidays and a budget for external training and certifications. You'll technically lead projects within a 30–40-person tech team, which has grown by 400% in just four years, so there'll be many opportunities to progress your career as the company continues to grow. You'll have loads of interesting and complex problems to solve, working for a company committed to working with the latest technologies like .NET 6 and Azure services in a microservices architecture. Twice a month, you'll work from their idyllic mansion, set within its beautiful grounds and boasting a gym with classes, a pool table, games machines, large distraction-free offices and even an on-site chef.
