Our core focus is in the online gaming space building well-designed casino games, crypto platforms, and sportsbooks. The products we build are used by millions of people around the world and you'll see their logos on an EPL team, the UFC, advocated by e-gamers and in a number of other sporting places.

The last 2 years have been huge for us, we have grown from 20 to 125+ team members. Whilst the products that we build are global, the majority of the team sits in Melbourne at our Australian headquarters in the heart of the CBD where we have 2 amazing offices in the same building with all the bells and whistles you could ever want including an in-house barista, pool, and table tennis tables, PS5 and Nintendo Switches, a meditation room, help yourself drinks fridge and snack wall, catered breakfast daily, weekly massages and a pub lunch.

What you will do

With an ever increasing catalog of products and customer base, we are growing our CRM Marketing team by hiring a CRM Coordinator to assist with customer communication on all things Easygo.

The CRM Coordinator will be a key part of us maximising growth and reducing churn, as they will help take full control of a players experience with us.

Who are we looking for:

You are a talented CRM Coordinator who is passionate about the Gaming and Sporting industries. You have a great eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset which enables you to enhance the experience of our players through top-line communication. You are detail-oriented and organised and have a strong understanding of how to prioritize your workload.

You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and you will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business, at all levels to support real-time decision making in order to maximise our revenue opportunities based on current market conditions.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate communication and content to enhance the user experience and stages of the player lifecycle.
  • Recommend and develop optimal plans for delivery of campaign, campaign format and campaign platform to grow profitability, creating action plans and strategies where appropriate
  • Enhance player lifetime value, reduce churn and implement relevant CRM strategy.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote and when
  • Be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with our playerbase
  • Monitor and analyse results of email/SMS campaigns, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports
You're perfect for this role if
  • Retention marketing knowledge
  • Passionate team player with the ability to work with colleagues across departments
  • An eye for detail, enhancing the experience of customers through top-line communication
  • Fluent English both written and spoken
  • You have experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented and well organized. You know how to prioritize, and you consider the broader implications of your actions on the projects you participate in.
  • You can manage complexity and to progress with several tasks at a time.
It would be a bonus if you also had (Desirable skills):
  • Familiarity with EDM & other CRM marketing tools is desirable
  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable & Intercom
  • Australian work rights are preferred.
