About the job

This position will grow and operate the product through integrated marketing strategies targeting local Indonesian users. To succeed in this role, strong user operations, business sense and digital marketing experiences are required.


Responsibilities:

-Identifies marketing opportunities and develops effective and measurable growth plan for user growth

-Drive and implement cross-functional campaigns to grow user base and key metrics

-Conduct regular data analysis and evaluation on marketing initiatives

-Plan and manage the use of marketing budget

-Develop content to ensure product education to target audiences with measurable commercial results

-Manage and monitor product visibility via digital marketing channels


Requirements:

-3+ years of experience in product marketing & operations role, preferably in tech/internet companies

-Strong knowledge and experience in integrated marketing, such as social media, campaigns and content

-Exceptional communication and organization skills in English - verbal, written and presentation

-Strong sense of ownership, result-oriented mindset with meticulous coordination skills

-Proven experience in growing user base and owning marketing projects

-Highly analytical - capable of drawing insights from large data sets and measuring results of user operations activities

-Strong and proven ability to work well and quickly adapt to changes in a challenging and dynamic environment

-Understanding of cryptocurrency / blockchain-related terminologies and trends is a plus
