The Team

With diverse services, ranging from strategy and advisory to large scale implementations and change initiates, from business change to operational transformation and leading-edge IT solutions, we help clients shape and achieve their growth agenda for a sustainable future.

The Role

  • Lead sales proposals, Request for Proposal responses and client pitches
  • Formulate and present Infosys propositions and payment service offerings
  • Provide day to day account management for consulting activities, develop and build relationships at Senior level
  • Provide direction and mentor junior consultants in the engagement team
  • Business consulting around core banking, cards, and payments transformation
  • Project & Program management of Banking transformation and modernization, utilizing Agile ways of working
  • Work on Strategy & Blueprint definition for the practice/firm

Requirements:

About You

We are looking for a core banking and payments account consulting anchor, leading sales, delivery, and proposition development with significant experience in:




  • Identifying and qualifying opportunities, leading consulting RFP'S at a large organization like Infosys
  • High impact management consulting assessment and managing Business and IT Transformation programs
  • Showcasing how Automation and Artificial Intelligence enable business processes and generate business value
  • Strong experience in Payments desirable. Additional experience in Cards as well as Retail or Corporate will be beneficial.
  • A good understanding of industry drivers, regulations, challenges, and market trends e.g., RTP, RTGS, ISO20022, NPA and the wider industry transformation (move to crypto currencies, NFT's, distributed ledgers, expansion of clearing and settlement status in schemes, digital wallets, request to pay, BNPL, virtual cards etc.)
  • Experience of Payments as a service, Payments as a product
  • Understanding of the payments processing Lifecyle stages, technology components and architecture i.e. Operations, Sanctions, different channels etc.
  • Specific experience of message types
  • Any experience of working closely with regulator or interacting with them as a part of a role.
  • Digital Transformation programs, spanning Digital Strategy, customer journey design and Agile (DevOps) way of working
  • Able to work across both sales and delivery with multi-teams, having significant sales lifecycle experience
  • Proactive with strong core consulting and analytical skills to shape concepts and bring the client with you
  • An excellent communicator with gravitas and impact, able to work with very senior client- and internal stakeholders
  • Flexible with working on client site and at other locations as part of this role
  • Minimum of 12 years experience in a consulting role/firm
