Todayq is India based company that specialises in cryptocurrency trading/investment and blockchain technology. We are looking for a personal assistant having great self-learning and managing ability.


Responsibilities

  • Reporting to CEO/COO and performing secretarial and administrative duties by being the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, hirings, project coordination.
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events.
  • Prepared to work on various Ad-hoc requests to help the CEO focus on their tasks.
  • Collating and filing expenses.
  • Designing and publishing posts on social media's.
  • Coordinating with the teams working and making sure everything works perfect.


You'll be a good fit if


  • Previous work experience in relatable field/management for minimum 2 year.
  • Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule.
  • Always available, mobile, and open to travel.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to interact with high profile clients and executives.
  • Problem solver, having a solution mindset and self learning ability.

  • Working Hours : 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Job Location : On-site (Cybercity, Gurugram)
