  • JOB TYPE: Freelance, Contract Position (no agencies/C2C - see notes below)
  • LOCATION: Remote United States only PST/CIST | Partial overlap
  • HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $50 – $70/hr
  • ESTIMATED DURATION: 40h/week - long-term



  • Experience working with Marketing and Creative teams.

  • 4+ years in creative project management in an agency or in-house environment.

  • Experience in managing web, video, social and print projects.

  • Thrives in ambiguity in a fast-paced, hyper-growth organization.

  • Long term operational strategic thinking balanced with proven near-term execution skills.

  • Exemplary communications and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence colleagues and teams.

  • Passionate and enthusiastic about organizational excellence.

What you’ll be working on

This is a chance to be a key part of the rebrand a company that landed at #14 on the 2022 CNBC Disruptor 50 and is bringing sustainable, carbon neutral solutions to the freight industry.

  • Rebranding and is looking for an experienced creative project manager to lead the roll out.

  • The Project Manager will be responsible for consulting with stakeholders and creatives, breaking the project down into actionable steps, managing expectations, timelines and deliverables.

  • Traffic tasks to internal and external teams, and manage schedules.

  • Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings; coordinating and follow-up of project tasks and actions.

  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

  • Ensure project deadlines are met.

  • Provide administrative support as needed.

First few deliverables:

  • Meeting with stakeholders to define milestones, next steps, tasks, etc.

  • Utilize project management software to input/plan and provide transparency.

  • Work with VP of Creative to plan resourcing and assign tasks.
