About the job

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive the marketing team in generating leads from multiple channels including paid ads, lead generation and website optimization
  • Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to maximise sales opportunities
  • Create, develop and improve sales process to drive growth and revenue
  • Direct the Sales Team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Provide input to the Content Development Team based on customer and industry feedback
  • Review sales performance by analysing performance reports
  • Create, implement and govern projects and initiatives to improve overall revenue and sales KPI which includes conversion and trips generated
  • Monitor and manage sales pipeline from CRM
  • Analyze overall performance and create action plans to address performance gaps
  • Report and present plans, strategies and performance to top level executives


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain games is PREFERRED.
  • Excellent English communication skills (English and Tagalog).
  • Understanding and empathy for the GameFi.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Independent attitude – work with low supervision.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Be online regularly and responsive.
