Responsibilities:


路 Devise and execution of online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns to local audiences.

路 Increase our user base and build brand awareness in exciting and engaging ways.

路 Work with global marketing team to monitor progress and results using data analysis to improve user experience.

路 Be genuinely excited about educating people. Be a part of the street team that can penetrate communities, groups and educate people face-to-face via events and online activities.

路 Have a pulse on the market: Be aware of the main influencers, media, local trends, communities and news.

路 Manage conversations with the potential customers, across the various communities and moderate forums like Reddit and Bitcointalk.

路 Write in forums and groups. Manage and help the community by answering questions, redirecting users to right threads and information.

路 Share approved content across the social media channels to promote the brand and focus in image building.

路 Grow number of users on social media platforms and engage with the community by answering questions, solving problems and escalate unanswered queries to the support team.

路 Drive in new users by building customized campaigns.

路 Suggest important conferences to attend, business and licensing opportunities and changes to the regulatory environment.

路 Develop FAQ for the region to make sure that community engagement is given the top priority

路 Promote offers, news and achievements on social media channels

路 Conduct research and keep a track of opportunities and competition

路 Participate in local events and conferences

路 Educate potential users by offering demo sessions, attending and organizing events and local conferences.

路 Weekly review with the Head of Marketing to Monitor and report on community engagement and feedback.


Requirements:


路 Proven community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.

路 Knowledge of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency industry

路 Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., setting up an online AMA, building an online forum, creating online events and webinars, email campaigns)

路 Well-versed with Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Medium, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

路 Enjoy interacting with the community as frequently as possible.

路 Native or near-native level ability in the local language (French).

路 Strong industry connections within the fintech and crypto space.

路 Result-oriented, an out of the box thinker, and a problem solver
