Community Manager (Vietnam)


About the job

We are looking for a Community Manager that holds the same core values as us. You'll be at the forefront of technology, educating and sharing your knowledge with our community users' on the OKX platform online or offline, participating and hosting community meetups and increasing the awareness of the OKX brand.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand the local online and offline OKX communities
  • Focus on the local market, to assist in providing written content for OKX and cross managing content and product launch in all designated OKX community groups
  • Moderate the local OKX forums, social platforms and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement
  • Explore new community friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of OKX local user base and influence
  • Assist in organizing online and offline events and meet-ups
  • Assist with OKX Troopers recruitment and bonding user relationships
  • Help with translations and proofread contents (English and Local language)
  • Share market feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams in HQ
  • Stay informed on trends in digital technology and the crypto space
  • Conduct research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings
  • Utilise social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems
  • Suggest new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consume
  • Has clear understanding of achieving the KPI and CPI for campaign, promotion, community growth and user acquisition required by the company
  • Strong in analysis and able to create performance budget report for both offline and online activities


  • Proven community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence and able to bear multi-tasks
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
  • Familiarity with online platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Medium, Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain related terminologies and trends and have a liking for crypto cultures
  • Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible
  • Fluent in English and native in local language (Vietnamese)
