We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join the growing Republic Capital Legal team to help us manage, negotiate and review contracts for various Republic Capital deals across multiple industries. The ideal candidate has a background in crypto and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment with a high degree of professionalism.

The position will report to Republic’s corporate legal department and the Senior Director of Legal on Republic Capital, providing services for the benefit of Republic’s venture arm.
