Salary: $180,000 - $230,000💰

This is an Opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a Series A cryptocurrency venture studio with $21m in funding. They are a company which builds decentralized products enabling personal empowerment. The role will be working with their Web3 wallet.

Looking for someone who is open minded and excited for new and exciting challenges.

Responsibilities 🔨:

• Build and develop a team of high performing engineers.
• Working hands off, hands on with the engineering team.
• Technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship of your team.
• Push for continuous improvements and innovation using data-driven decisions.

Requirements📑:

• Engineering Manager: 4+ years experience managing teams
• Experience working in a highly complex and technical environment.
• Excellent judgment, problem solving and decision making.
• Experience in a start-up setting
• Typescript, Web3, API design, Chrome Extension and Security experience.
