This is a newly created role which will be part of the Bitcastle team. Bitcastle is a cryptocurrency exchange platform which aims to create a new age of exchange where everyone can use it safely and have fun. As we expand into the forex market, we are looking for a Business Development executive for the Forex team.

We have entities in Japan, Singapore and Vietnam. This role can be fully remote, and hence is open to candidates from other countries as well.

About the job

  • Develop new B2B leads and expand the forex business via social media and offline events
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective customers, enhance and build the company's reputation with various stakeholders
  • Responsible for business negotiations and building cooperation relations
  • Actively attend to customers enquiries, coordinate and solve daily operations
  • Work together with the CS team to perform KYC & CDD for corporate and personal account opening.
  • Monitor market trends and conducting R&D in the forex market
  • Participate in overseas exhibitions and events as required
  • Other tasks as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Business level English
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development in forex related industries
  • Knowledge of FX/ derivatives product knowledge
  • Strong interest in finance and trading
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player

  • Ability to travel (~20%)
  • Business level Japanese
