Positions:

Two Full Stack MERN developers


Here are some of the tools you'd be using to help us build the future of decentralized work and DAO tools. We are looking for someone experienced in these technologies.


Tech Stack:

Back-end: MongoDB, JavaScript, Node.js, Express, Solidity

Front-end: JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS

Ops: Docker, AWS, Git


Job Responsibilities:

Working on full-stack development in JavaScript, MongoDB, and React.

Developing, testing, documenting, and releasing full-stack end-to-end features for DAO Helper users.

Writing unit and integration tests

External API integration with DAO Helper platform

Identifying technical problems and developing fixes for them

Participating in sprint planning and getting work done in two-week sprints

Contributing to a team culture that values quality, robustness, and scalability while fostering innovation, research, and evaluating new technologies that may improve our processes or codebase

Working closely with the product team to understand their requirements and develop solutions

Interviewing, hiring, and mentoring junior engineers

Ability to work with a remote team with clear communication


Ideal candidate:

BS in computer science but not a hard requirement. As long as you can do the work.

At least three years of web development experience

Exceptional problem-solving skills

Deep understanding of algorithms, OOP, REST.

A passion for learning

Good communication skills in English

Great listener and a team player

Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum

Solid understanding of Git and Github.

Understanding AWS, DevOps, and docker will be a huge plus.

Understanding solidity, rust, and blockchain development will be a huge plus

Familiarity with tools like google docs, calendar, slack, discord, etc.

Clear communication and experience working remotely is a huge plus

Work Hours:

7:30 am to 4:30 am pacific standard time. (7:30 am to 4:30 am Pakistan standard time)

Monday to Friday. Note (This time is not negotiable)


Interview process:

Step One:

We will shortlist the qualified candidate and ask them to answer 3 questions and fill out a form. (Time commitment 10 minutes)


Step Two:

The shortlisted candidates from step one will be assigned a take-home coding challenge that will take no more than 3 hours.


Step Three:

We will invite for a 15 to 30 minutes interview and might make an offer in that interview.


Compensation:

We have an excellent compensation and benefits package for qualified candidates based on their experience and future growth potential.
