We are looking for an experienced individual to join our client as their Head of Business Development in the blockchain realm. You will lay out and execute their sales strategy, using your existing Web3 network to lead sales efforts through building relationships with prospective customers across the globe.
- Define our client's short and long term sales strategy to enable product adoptions
- Lead the development of tools, techniques and literature to ensure an effective sales process
- Identify the most effective channels to connect with potential customers
- Identify potential prospects before pitching, negotiating and closing targets whilst ensuring a positive experience for the customer
- Build long-term, meaningful relationships, understanding the customer’s pain points and requirements.
- Build and lead a high performing sales team
- Monitor and analyse key metrics to build opportunities
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing Business Development role for a SaaS or Fintech product
- Proven success in recognising prospects, negotiating and closing B2B technology/fintech products
- Strong communication, an ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills and able to work under pressure.
- Great passion for crypto with a good understanding of cryptocurrency assets, whilst knowledge of modern Crypto tech will be a plus.
- High level ability to secret short and long term strategies to bolster product adoption
- Proficient with CRM software and forecasting
- Based in Europe
