Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for crypto-related clients expansion, including HFTs, HNWs, professional trading teams, trading bots, brokers, exchanges, wallet, OTC company, crypto miners
  • Responsible for increasing net deposit volume and trading volume of new and existing clients
  • Responsible for expanding HNW- High Net Wealth users and institutional clients
  • Responsible for maintaining clients relationship and customer service, including large asset holders, traders with big deposit volume, B-side company


Requirements:

  • Solid network and knowledge in crypto market in Europe
  • Crypto-related working experiences is a must
  • Well-connected with institutional funds and their clients or crypto mining industry; working experience in funds or high-net-worth market is a plus
  • Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales results
  • Sense of the market, you need to know where is the hottest field, like defi, cross-chain projects
  • Understanding high-frequency trading, and the ecosystem of the whole crypto market
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
