About the Role:

CoinHomes is excited to offer an internship/externship to law students during the Spring semester of 2023. We are looking for a JD Candidate with an interest in cryptocurrency related regulations, real estate law, and internal operations. As a legal extern you will report directly to the General Counsel and have the chance to gain experience and build skills in a variety of law.


Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Performing legal research projects/surveys
  • Drafting memorandums, contracts, policies, and policies with the guidance of the General Counsel.
  • Participating in core-team discussions and strategy sessions
  • Reviewing compliance with laws and regulations


About you:

  • Crypto experience/and or enthusiast
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability and comfort working independently
  • Not afraid to ask for help or further directions when needed
  • Thrives in a fast paced, creative, and fast changing start-up environment.
  • Innovative and thinks outside of the box
  • Growth-minded and collaborative
