We are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Associate to join our team! **Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the founder with sourcing talent, managing the interview funnel, onboarding new hires and addressingโ€™ employeesโ€™ concerns Manage payroll processes Manage payments, pay invoices Manage recruiting platforms, outbound recruiting and funnel management General HR: Onboarding: emails, slack, notion, tools etc Manage Gusto Manage PTO schedules Expense reimbursements and stipends Budgeting Oversee daily operations through collaboration with founder Calendar management Cleaning up and maintaining the google drive Manage all invoices and payments Manage credit card & bank accounts Booking company travel Ensure Founder follows through on to-do list **Requirements: 2+ years experience in a related ops / HR role. Bachelorโ€™s degree, ideally with a focus in marketing, market research, product management, or technical degree. Experience working in a rapid growth role penetrating new markets with a startup mentality. Success in a growth stage company is ideal. Working knowledge of what crypto and zkpโ€™s are is strongly desired. **What Weโ€™d Love to See: A proactive self-starter with an ability to analyze and distill opportunities in a complex environment. Experience with recruiting techincal talent. Youโ€™re passionate about technology and can break down technical concepts in ways that everyday people can understand. Excellent writer with polished presentation, communication, and listening skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once.
