Core responsibilities:

Praetorian is seeking a Product Sales Executive (PSE) to lead revenue growth for its Chariot

Offensive Security Managed Service. As a PSE, you will be responsible for the account

development strategy and driving new logo, expansion, and renewal opportunities for the

Chariot offering. You will be expected to leverage your domain expertise and a consultative

selling approach to maximize the value that Praetorian delivers while identifying opportunities to expand Praetorianโ€™s footprint.


The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a proven record of accomplishment in relevant

industry sales or encompass knowledge of similar technologies. You must be comfortable in a

dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base, and

adept at eliminating sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.


To be successful, the Product Sales Specialist will need to establish a highly collaborative

working relationship with the Praetorian Services account team to co-sell Chariot into our

existing base of Fortune 1000 customers. Specifically, the Product Sales Executive will hold the

following core responsibilities:


  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in prospective accounts while consistently identifying new contacts via ongoing discovery and referrals
  • Work collaboratively with customer success, product, and service delivery stakeholders internally to align the clientโ€™s goals with Praetorianโ€™s capabilities
  • Execute Praetorianโ€™s Product Sales cycle and the Chariot PoC process for all opportunities
  • Consistently provide an elite level of customer support, including regular executive-level syncs, recurring operational meetings, and technical team engagements
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue growth targets and accurately forecast growth opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Keep senior leadership informed of key issues and changes which may impact expected business results


Desired qualifications:

  • You have considerable experience selling in the application security, product security, and/or corporate security domains
  • You are naturally very consultative and have a passion for solution selling
  • You have a strong relationship orientation and thrive in a customer-obsessed environment
  • You are a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic


Additional +1 qualifications:

  • Experience selling Managed Security Services solutions and/or vulnerability management technologies
  • Experience working closely with service delivery & product engineering organizations
  • Strong organizational skills and track record of success working in high-paced and analytical organizations
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales qualification methodology

In compliance with Coloradoโ€™s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA), we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be, performed in Colorado. If performed in Colorado, this position's targeted OTE is $250,000. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
