About the Role
IOV is looking for an experienced sales professional from the traditional finance or crypto industry to join the Partnership team to lead complex dealsโ€™

This role is an incredible opportunity to shape the commercial and operational structure of one of the worldโ€™s leading smart contract platforms.
Location(s)
For this position, we are looking to hire someone based in Argentina, Colombia, or Mexico.

What You'll be Doing

  • Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of top DeFi opportunities to convert them into customers/partners.
  • Develop the sales Pipeline: pitch and leads on a daily basis.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of IOV related products, the current cryptocurrency Markets, and IOV's competitive position.
  • Work to improve the data quality of our CRM and lead initiatives to improve our use of tools to support the sales process.
  • Create supporting sales material, presentations, and collateral to support your work and the work of your team.
  • Evaluate new product opportunities and bring forward proposals to build new digital asset-related products.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Substantial working experience in software solution sales and client services functions with Fintech Cross-border payments or Financial services background, with the comfort of outbound, lead generation, lead qualification, and pitching.
  • Exposure to digital assets and knowledge of developments in the decentralised finance and related crypto ecosystems is a must.
  • Partner portfolio including DeFi Projects and it's a plus also having Previous work experience with institutional clients, HNW individuals, and private bank Clients.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Professional, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), presentation tools (Google Slides) and internal communication systems ( Slack, Notion).
  • Solution-oriented, highly-motivated and proactive self-starter.
  • Well-rounded interpersonal skills, exceptional communication, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the constant pursuit of product-market fit.
