What youโ€™ll be doing (ie. job duties):

  • Providing onsite and remote support for Coinbase managed office locations: The person in this role will operate as the single point of contact for local office needs, escalations, or support, potentially including the followingโ€ฆ
      • Ensuring smooth onsite operational processes (e.g. site access, desk reservations, snacks and beverages, supply ordering, vendor management)
      • Addressing any site issues or concerns (e.g. HVAC, repairs and maintenance, janitorial)
      • Coordinating with local property management team
  • Providing remote support for employees across a geographical region or time zone: The person in this role will be a resource and connection point for all employees within a designated region (+/- 5 time zones) potentially including the followingโ€ฆ
      • Operating as the single point of contact for regional office needs, escalations, or support
        • Reviewing monthly/quarterly ticket reports to identify and address any issues or concerns (e.g. HVAC, repairs and maintenance, janitorial)
        • Ensuring timely and quality responses from any local office management team
      • Hosting regional new hire onboarding sessions
      • Partnering closely with local business and HR leadership to support regional needs
  • Supporting planning and design for Workplace & Employee Experience programs: The person in this role will be responsible for helping to design and plan for Workplace and Employee Experience programs, potentially including office/hub location support, all-company celebrations, and employee connections.       • Developing FAQs, playbooks, and resources for employees
      • Contributing new ideas to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of service delivery
      • Providing localized support for leaders and employees on the various Workplace and Employee Experience programs
  • Operationalizing Workplace Programs: The person in this role will be responsible for executing on the Workplace programs to ensure they operate day-to-day as intended, potentially including the followingโ€ฆ
      • Managing slack and ticket queues (for questions) and approvals (e.g., office access, offsite requests, etc.)
      • Calendaring, communicating, and executing local and global social connection events
      • Supporting office access programs (site requests, usage reports, integrations)
      • Maintaining accuracy, production, quality and retention of any key program materials

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

  • 5+ years of experience within Employee Experience, Workplace Experience, Office Operations and/or Facilities Management
  • Experience supporting a distributed workforce, across multiple countries and/or time zones
  • Experience successfully organizing, executing, and tracking detailed projects and programs and relating them to the larger picture.
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Good written communication skills
  • Self-starter; handles self with minimal supervision and is proactive
  • Flexible in the face of organizational change and shifting priorities
