We are looking for a strategic, experienced and creative social media manager to lead social content activity across our digital assets and payments channels.

As part of this role, the successful candidate will help to deliver a coherent and consistent social media experience, ensuring our insights, stories and brand vision reach our target customers for both Nuvei and Simplex. Simplex is the business empowering the digital assets industry with a full fiat infrastructure. It was acquired by Nuvei in September 2021.

To help deliver a proactive, engaging and insightful community and social media approach supporting Simplex and Nuvei, you will likely be someone with a clear understanding of what cryptocurrencies are about - You will know your ICO from your IPO, your Telegram from your Telegraph, understand blockchain technology and be comfortable communicating with digital asset communities.

You will create a wide range of engaging content for our fast-growing social media platforms together with the wider marketing team, as well as nurture ongoing relationships across our digital assets partner network.

As our Social Media Manager, you will communicate directly and daily with our partners. You will draw on your experience and ideas in being creative, developing initiatives and driving new community engagement initiatives, while collaborating closely with our account management, marketing, campaigns and sales teams. You will also be confident in conducting your own research into various digital asset topics and domains related to the companyโ€™s commercial goals and objectives.

You Will
  • Be directly involved with a range of partners (crypto exchanges, wallets and coins), and manage various channels including Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Develop and optimize our social media strategy so our channel approach adds business value
  • Work closely with partners throughout the entire collaboration cycle - planning, onboarding, activation, tracking & optimizing
  • Collect partner feedback and use it to create marketing initiatives to promote engagement and growth across channels
  • Collaborate closely with broader Nuvei Marketing team, as well as Account Managers and Sales team to develop partner growth frameworks and engaging content across social platforms
  • Manage social media accounts with a focus on broadening the range of creative content to promote engagement and growth

About You
  • 2+ years of hands-on community and social media management in B2B/B2C crypto companies
  • Strong proficiency in social platform tools, trends, growth patterns, tropes and engagement dynamics
  • Good knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, digital assets and community building
  • Language: Native English
  • Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, problem-solving and team collaboration skills
  • Creative, organized and comfortable balancing multiple ongoing communications and tasks simultaneously
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
