The Gig: SOFTWARE ARCHITECT - LONDON / REMOTE
Our ecosystem is ever evolving, developing and foraging for new ground. As HUMAN’s Software Architect, leading industry will need to be your new comfort zone. For you to do that you’ll need to be hungry for innovation and share our "yes, this IS possible” mindset. Don't worry, our HUMANS are the best, and focused on success. In fact, a large part of your role will be to develop the software development strategy and lead your team to delivering successful outcomes. Your role is integral in identifying new software opportunities, working with your team to turn those opportunities into solutions as well as crafting technical architecture with our many partners. In order for you to be successful, you will be goal-oriented, an “outside of the box” thinker, and well versed in the software development process and corresponding technologies. Don’t forget, at HUMAN Protocol teamwork and collaboration is the foundation for our success and will be imperative for yours as well.
Key Responsibilities
THE go-to leader for identifying, evaluating and developing software solutions (both our own and with our partners)Lead software development projects, taking responsibility for successful implementationOversee the activities of the development team members, ensuring the support and training is in place to succeed in their roleLocating and directing solutions for critical challenges involving software and hardware interfaceConduct critical reviews of software systems and diagnose and resolve any issues.You work well cross functionally and bring an energetic, fun, and creative approach to the workplaceUnderstand and thrive within the world of remote tech start upsDevelop and maintain positive working relationships, working closely with key players in the success of the project including, but certainly not limited to Marketing, Product Managers, Programmers and Engineers.Mad Skillz
You’re a natural leader who builds trusting relationships in all areas of an organization. You have both technical skills but also the vision and leadership skills to make it all happen. Your credibility lies in not only having vision but delivering true results. To nail this role, you assess risk well, move quickly, recognize effort, and deliver consistently. You also need to play nicely with your fellow HUMANS, virtually as we’re a completely remote (and international) team.
