A Bit About Us
This startup builds high-performance, modular infrastructure to scale blockchains. They basically are building a blockchain eco system that will allow others to build out blockchain to their own application. Similar to Cosmos or Polkadot just a much faster version. Their backers include Polychain, Robot Ventures, Accel, and the Solana Foundation.
We make blockchains scale by separating the “slow” part of blockchains (consensus) from executing programs (execution) and storing block data (data availability). With our infrastructure, any application can spin out as its own blockchain without increasing its security risk.

Our full-time Business Development Representative will spearhead our go-to-market, develop novel strategies, and build partnerships with major organizations.
We are happy to hop on a call to talk through the project and share further materials. At a high level, the Solana blockchain is *monolithic* it attempts to do several things at once, including executing programs, storing data, and establishing the final block ordering. We break up these functions to create high-throughput *modular* rollups. We will enable users to deploy their apps as their own Solana VM “app rollups.” Our Rust codebase is a fork of the Solana blockchain. Down the line, to implement the zero-knowledge settlement, we might need to make modifications to LLVM.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of ecosystem / BD experience
- Strong relationships with large web2 and web3 organizations with previous examples of partnerships built
- Previous experience doing ecosystem for a crypto project - particularly interested in Moonbeam and Polygon
- Experience with Strategic Partnerships or Strategic Business Development
- 3+ years experience as a Business Development Rep in SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Fintech, or related
- At least 1 year of BD centered in Web3 / Crypto
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Willingness to understand ideal use cases for us - we will provide materials
- Experience managing an ecosystem team
- Possess a wide network in the Web3/Crypto industry
- Experience building and running a structured sales process at a rapidly growing company
- Strong written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to a wide variety of audiences
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
