Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Administration Team Lead and assist in managing the office administration functions and staff welfare, and work closely with the head office.
  • Experience in a related field, such as office renovation, facilities repair & maintenance, staff welfare & company events is preferred.
  • Handle office renovation & relocation projects, take imitative in enhancing staff benefits and arranging company events.
  • Coordination between countries to provide administration support for the internal team and HQ.
  • Lead the team in preparing the department budget, formulate, review, and maintain relevant policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations. Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 8 years office administrative experience (solid office renovation, staff welfare & activities exp. is a must), preferably with Fintech/ technology industry exp.
  • In-depth understanding and ability to prepare office management procedures and departmental and policies
  • Strong supervisory, interpersonal and negotiation skills and able to work under pressure
  • Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
  • Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese typing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
