One of our clients, Accenture, is hiring for Accounts Transaction Processing/Service Delivery Practitioner!
Work Set-up: Hybrid
Schedule: Shifting, Night shift
Location: Metro Manila
• With Bachelor’s degree, Undergraduate, or Associate degree with relevant work experience.
• 4- 5 years related work BPO experience with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• 1 year supervisory or team lead experience.
• Previous experience of working in a customer facing role
• Strong read and write skills in English is a must
• Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment
• Detail orientation and client focus
• Passionate about the internet, critical thinker, social media savvy, knowledge in cryptocurrency is a plus.
