We are looking for a Service Desk Technician responsible for providing support by supporting all internal IT and non-IT employees. They will troubleshoot problems faced by the end-users of PCs, laptops, and mobile phones by identifying issues and analyzing them.


  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance in-
  • person, over the phone, or by email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Follow-up with customers, update status and information
  • Record events and problems, and their resolution in service tickets
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Troubleshooting knowledge for Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS operating
  • systems
  • Familiarity with Apple and Android mobile devices
  • General knowledge of enterprise software such as Active Directory, GSuite, Slack,
  • Teams, and Office 365 is a plus
  • Proficient in English
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • Nice To Have

  • Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains
  • General passion and knowledge of fintech and crypto
