We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to build brand awareness, drive brand impressions and grow our community.

 

You will play an essential role defining to what the Chainstack community is exposed to. It is fundamental you have a solid understanding of Web3 and impeccable communication


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand Chainstack brand, define tone of voice and how to communicate on each channel
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
  • Define the most important social media KPIs
  • Collaborate to develop and execute promotional social media campaigns for releases, events, and content pieces
  • Brainstorm ideas for core products and features campaigns
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Streamline social media processes and procedures
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Understanding of what Web3 brands are doing in social media
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network


Requirements and qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in social media B2B marketing with sizable audience (20K+ twitter followers), with at least 1 year of blockchain/Web3 experience
  • Know-how of Web3 Twitter
  • Development, roll-out and management of social media campaigns aimed at expanding and building
  • Experiences with social marketing and brand creatives, with global experience, working on expansion and global scale
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Good time-management skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
