  1.   3. Indices: suite of mono-assets rates and benchmarks, as well as cross-assets indices.

About The Role


The Talent Acquisition Intern will report to the Global Talent Specialist. Your mission will be to support, own, challenge and improve the recruitment process, policy and KPIs:


Missions & Responsibilities


  • You will be the advocate of Kaiko in the recruitment market by understanding and presenting our company, our culture, products and technical areas.
  • You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and build strategies to entice outstanding talent as a partner with us (brief, follow-up, feedbacks).
  • You will identify and hire top talent: you will learn from the talent acquisition specialist to become the owner of recruitment processes from scratch.
  • You will source and reach out to the top talent around the world for all types of jobs: Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations & Strategy, etc.
  • You will contribute in developing our sourcing strategy and our employer branding (creating videos, social media content, school relationships, etc.).
  • Initiate proactive research and make inventive use of a variety of sources to increase candidate flow.


About You


  • You are excited to work in a tech & scale up environment
  • You are working toward a university degree and are seeking an internship of 6 months minimum
  • You are enthusiastic about hiring people, and want to know more about the big data/crypto/fintech industry
  • As a person who values relationships, your communication abilities enable you to interact well with a variety of interlocutors (both internally & externally)
  • You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and rigor
  • You are curious to learn and grow as a recruiter in a challenging environment
  • You consider yourself to be a problem-solver who is always up for a challenge and can handle demanding situations
  • You speak both English and French
  • A first experience in recruitment is appreciated
